- We are *not* a jewellery manufacturing company

- You are responsible for providing or selecting the design for your order
- You must ensure design specifications are complete, accurate, and feasible
- You must communicate any special requirements clearly before order confirmation
- You acknowledge that the final product will reflect the design you have provided

## 2. Order Process
### 2.1 Order Placement
- Orders are placed through direct communication with Varni Diamonds via email, phone, or in-person consultation
- Each order must include complete design specifications, material requirements, and delivery preferences
- Orders are confirmed only upon written acceptance by Varni Diamonds
### 2.2 Order Confirmation
- We will provide a detailed order confirmation including:
- Design reference and specifications
- Material specifications (diamond quality, gold purity, weight estimates)
- Pricing breakdown
- Estimated delivery timeline
- Payment terms
- The order becomes binding upon your written acceptance of the order confirmation
### 2.3 Order Modifications
- Modifications to confirmed orders may be requested but are subject to feasibility and additional charges
- Modifications must be requested in writing before production begins
- Changes after production has commenced may result in delays and additional costs
- We reserve the right to decline modification requests that are not technically feasible
### 2.4 Order Cancellation
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing
- Cancellations made *before production begins:* 50% advance payment will be refunded minus a 10% administrative fee
- Cancellations made *after production begins:* Advance payment is non-refundable, and the client may be liable for additional costs already incurred
- Custom orders with specialized materials may not be eligible for cancellation once production starts

## 3. Payment Terms

- Varni Diamonds operates as a catalogue and sourcing service
- All orders are custom-quoted based on your specific design requirements and material specifications
- Quotations are provided in Australian Dollars (AUD)
- Quotations are based on current market rates for diamonds and gold at the time of quote
- Quotations are valid for 7 days from the date of issue
- Market fluctuations may affect pricing if advance payment is not received within the validity period

### 4.3 Express or Rush Orders
- Expedited delivery may be available upon request and subject to feasibility assessment
- Rush orders require an additional fee (typically 15-25% of order value)
- Express timelines will be quoted on a case-by-case basis
- Rush orders are not guaranteed and depend on current production capacity
### 4.4 Delivery Delays
- We will make every reasonable effort to meet estimated delivery timelines
- If delays are anticipated, we will notify you promptly with updated timelines
- Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (material shortages, production issues, natural disasters, etc.) do not constitute breach of contract
- We are not liable for consequential damages resulting from delivery delays
